Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and telecalling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and support the sales team.

• Explain product features and benefits convincingly to potential customers.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support sales goals.

• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as needed).

• Strong convincing and persuasion skills.

• Experience with cold calling, telecalling, and customer engagement.

• Basic sales understanding and ability to handle objections.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
