Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional from order to post-purchase. Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting customers with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to verify details and facilitate smooth transactions. You will expertly handle a wide range of inbound customer queries, resolve issues related to e-commerce orders, such as complaints, shipping, or returns, and conduct follow-up calls with customers who have received product samples to gather valuable feedback. A critical part of your role will involve collaborating seamlessly with internal support, logistics, and sales departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships, and meticulously updating our customer database and order management systems to ensure accurate records of all interactions and resolutions. The ideal candidate will be a communicative team player, passionately focused on upholding our company's reputation and driving customer loyalty through every single interaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and empathetic phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset to resolve queries effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk systems, and order management databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments (Support, Logistics, Sales) to escalate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and order processing.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce processes and fulfillment cycles is preferred.
