Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
This role is not just about talking to leads.
It is about understanding people, building trust, solving problems, screening clients, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to long-term support.
You will be the key bridge between our clients and our coaching team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages
- Nurture leads with regular follow-ups and clear, structured communication
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance and solutions
- Review client applications and explain company policies clearly
- Approve or cancel appointments based on eligibility and fitment
- Schedule and manage meetings with coaches
- Share agreements and coordinate document collection after meetings
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and guide them through the entire process
- Provide proper end-to-end support to clients after onboarding
- Resolve client queries in a polite, professional, and timely manner
- Track all client interactions and maintain updated records (Excel/CRM/apps)
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and issues
- Maintain strong discipline, punctuality, and daily task reporting
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work independently when required
Education (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Management, or a related field is preferred
Required Skills & Qualities
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
- Strong discipline and punctuality
- Client-handling and relationship-building ability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using tools such as WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work responsibly and independently
- Customer-first and solution-oriented approach
