Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communication.
- Track team performance using advanced Excel and reports.
- Prepare daily documentation and performance updates.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years experience in international client servicing/operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge.
Working Hours: 01:30 PM 10:30 PM
- Office: 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM
- WFH: 08:30 PM – 10:30 PM
