Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and confident individuals for our Collections Team. The role involves speaking with customers regarding their pending payments and helping them with repayment solutions.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start a career in the BPO/Fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers to remind them about due payments

Explain payment options and resolve customer queries

Follow up regularly with customers for repayment

Maintain call records and update details in the system

Meet daily and monthly collection targets

Handle customer conversations professionally and politely

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Freshers can apply

Basic communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Comfortable speaking on calls for long hours

Basic computer knowledge
