Computer Operator

The Computer Operator will be responsible for handling lead generation activities, maintaining and organizing customer data, and supporting sales operations through systematic processes. The role includes making cold calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, convincing prospects and working on lead conversion, as well as conducting regular follow-up calls. The candidate will also manage data entry work, update records in CRM or Excel sheets, handle customer queries professionally, and prepare daily performance and call reports. Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a target-driven mindset are essential for this role.
