Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator who will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, generating and managing leads, and regularly following up with prospective clients. The candidate will be required to collect feedback from customers, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily and weekly reports based on call outcomes and lead status. These reports and feedback summaries must be properly documented and submitted to the senior team for review. The role requires basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured reporting environment.
