Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with expertise in Bluebeam and PlanSwift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in estimation softwares.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

• Utilize Bluebeam software for digital takeoffs and plan reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam software is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Planswift software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
