Construction / Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage a residential building project in Silicon City, Indore. This role is critical in ensuring all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and daily work plans.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople on site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues proactively.
• Manage site logistics including materials, equipment, and manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work matches drawings and specifications.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and safety records.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all construction activities.
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of residential building construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of safety norms and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred (but not mandatory with strong experience).
