Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our residential project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while meeting timelines and budgets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage on-site construction activities for residential projects
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and proactively address delays
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage labor workforce, material usage, and site logistics
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections
• Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control
• Report project updates to management using digital tools and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in residential construction supervision
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and MS Excel
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• Preferred SkillsExperience in turnkey residential projects or villa construction
• Familiarity with modern construction technologies and site reporting tools
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
• Exposure to digital reporting, dashboards, or construction management software
