Counsellor Cum Placement Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Counsellor cum Placement Coordinator, who can manage students placement, coordination, admissions counselling and students follow-ups/calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct student counseling for all walk-in + online leads

- Daily follow-ups on potential admissions

- To take ownership of students admissions on the assigned branch

- Identify best performers within the batches

- Arrange for their technical interviews

- Closely track their progress

- Push, motivate students to work hard and get ready for relevant openings

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills and good hold on English

- Good calling and students counseling skills

- Self motivated and strong ownership of task is must

- Ability to multitask and manage time

- Positive attitude and teamwork
