Job Description: Retail & Counter Sales Executive - IndoreCompany: Paansaji (Leading Flavoured Mouth Freshener Products)

Role: Retail & Counter Sales Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Field-Intensive Role)

Reporting To: Branch Head

Compensation: ₹ 7,000 to ₹ 10,000 per month

Key Objective:

To aggressively drive primary and secondary sales for Paansaji's range of flavoured mouth freshener products, including Paan and similar items, by maintaining a rigorous daily field presence and engaging directly with business owners in the HORECA and catering segments across Indore.

Target Client Segments:

The primary focus of daily sales visits will be on:

  1. Restaurant Owners (HORECA - Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes)
  2. Wedding Caterers
  3. Food Catering Services

Core Responsibilities & Daily Discipline:

  • Daily Field Visits: Strictly meet and engage a minimum of 30 clients per day within the assigned territory.
  • Sales Generation: Execute both Primary Sales (introducing the product, securing new orders) and Secondary Sales (ensuring display, replenishment, and re-orders at retail counters).
  • Data Reporting (Mandatory): Capture all client visit details, sales orders, stock updates, and field data daily and accurately using the designated ZOHO software and mobile applications.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and product performance feedback to the Branch Head.
  • Review & Accountability: Maintain complete discipline of field visits and reporting. Participate in mandatory weekly review meetings with the Branch Head/Head Office.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term working relationships with counter staff, purchase managers, and business owners to maximize product visibility and placement.

Required Skills & Commitment:

  • Attitude: Must possess a Go-Getter Attitude with high self-motivation and energy.
  • Skillset: High learning curve, ability to handle pressure, and effective communication skills.
  • Mobility: Ownership of a Two-Wheeler is a strong advantage for efficient daily field travel.
  • Commitment: Minimum one-year commitment to the organization is mandatory, with a desire to grow with the company.
  • Training: Product training, sales training, and software training will be provided by the organisation.

Important Terms (Training & Joining):

  • Urgent Opening: Seeking a candidate who can join immediately post-selection.
  • Selection Process: Will involve Two Rounds of Interviews.
  • Training Cost Clause: The offer letter will detail a clause regarding the recovery of training costs from the employee in the event of non-continuation of service for the minimum one-year period for any reason.
