Counter Sales Executive

Timing to call to Recruiter between 1 pm -6pm. Don't make calls on Sunday.

Job Timing:

Female staff: 10:30 am-8:30 pm

Male Staff: 10:30 am-9:00 pm

Salary:

Freshers:- 10000-12000

Experience:- 14000-16000

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable handicraft products.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter.
• Keep track of stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Process orders and coordinate with the inventory team for timely delivery.
• Build and maintain good relationships with wholesale clients.
• Assist in promotional activities and product demonstrations.
