Plants Genic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth handling of leads, orders, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CRM software and sales data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer data in CRM software
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production teams for order processing
• Track leads, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
• Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and MIS
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries
• Maintain records of orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Support sales team in client retention and repeat orders
• Update customer status and interaction history regularly

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 0–1 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support
• Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Herbal / Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Familiar with B2B client handling.
