Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, designing, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering and snowflake. - Strong experience with data pipeline development and management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Data Building tool or Google Cloud. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Airflow, Git, Java, or Scala. - Experience with database technologies including SQL databases. -Develop ELT/ETL pipelines that follow medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layers) -Design and build data warehouse solutions using modern data stack technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
