Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and managing software systems throughout the product lifecycle. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
