Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Engage in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with application design and development methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
