Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, fostering an environment of innovation and teamwork. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement software solutions that meet specified business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Strong understanding of integration processes and data management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 Years full time education Experience is required in the primary skill of the RRD.
