Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress will also be a key part of your daily activities, ensuring that the solutions developed are both innovative and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with Lightning components and Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
