Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also participating in team discussions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with agile development practices and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
