Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Non Voice


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice) to manage customer queries and concerns through chat, email, and other written communication channels. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner.

Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all written interactions.

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring follow-ups until resolution.

Document and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Identify patterns in customer issues and provide feedback to improve products, processes, and services.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies.

Requirement

Prior experience in customer support (non-voice) is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and chat support systems.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends if required.
