Job Description

Customer Support/Service Executive (CSE)

A Customer Support Executive (CSE) is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring a positive experience with a company's products or services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and offer practical, step-by-step solutions to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain Records: Document all customer interactions, conversations, and transactions accurately in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Product Information: Provide clear and accurate information about products and services to guide customers.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales, logistics) to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
