Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused professionals to join our International Fintech Process team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to global clients through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilties:

• Handle Customer queries and concerns related to financial technology products and services.
• Assist customers with account-related issues, transactions, and troubleshooting payment concerns.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:

Education - Graduation is Mandatory.

Experience - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of fintech products or digital payments preffered.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nigh shifts).

Salary upto the package of 18K
