Customer Care Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about products/services, resolve queries, support customers, and help achieve team targets while delivering excellent service.

• 🧑‍💼 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, etc.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a polite manner.
• Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the CRM or database.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors or relevant teams.
• Promote products/services, up-sell or cross-sell when required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and process efficiency.
