Customer Care Executive

A sales advisor's job is to help customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized service in a retail or non-retail setting to drive sales and build relationships. Key duties include recommending products, handling customer interactions (in-person, phone, or digital), processing transactions, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide product information and personalized recommendations.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales, handle payments, and explain return policies.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, including following up after a sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, arrange merchandise on shelves, and ensure products are readily available.
• Sales Targets: Work to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
