Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to handle customer queries for our international clients. The role involves assisting customers via calls, chat, or email while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from international customers

Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally

Troubleshoot basic product/service issues

Document customer interactions in the system

Maintain service quality and meet performance targets

Follow communication guidelines and process workflows

Work in rotational shifts as per international time zones

Requirements:

Good verbal & written English communication

Willingness to work night shifts
