Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Back Office Executive who can manage office documentation, maintain data records, and coordinate with banks and MPEB offices for project-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer and project data in system/software.
• Prepare documentation related to solar projects, bank loans, and MPEB approvals.
• Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement and pending cases follow-up.
• Visit MPEB office for net metering, commissioning, and other approvals.
• Track subsidy status and portal updates (PM Surya Ghar / MNRE, if applicable).
• Handle email communication and maintain proper filing of documents.
• Support field team with required documents and coordination.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Two-wheeler preferred for bank and MPEB visits.
• Experience in solar industry or loan processing will be an added advantage.
