Position: Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, messages, and emails from learners and parents
- Answer queries related to courses, admissions, schedules, and payments
- Guide learners and help resolve their issues politely and professionally
- Maintain records and follow up on pending queries
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Patient, helpful, and learner-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus (freshers can apply)
