Job Description

Position: Customer Care Executive

Organization: Lifelong Learners

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, messages, and emails from learners and parents
  • Answer queries related to courses, admissions, schedules, and payments
  • Guide learners and help resolve their issues politely and professionally
  • Maintain records and follow up on pending queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Patient, helpful, and learner-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus (freshers can apply)
