Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and experience in a BPO environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow standard procedures
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer support (Chat/Voice)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
• Work from office only – remote option is not available
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass + 2 years of diploma/pursuing graduation 2 year completed /graduation completed
• Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving ability
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Experience in handling international customers
