🎯 Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries via Calls, Chats & Emails

• Provide accurate information and quick resolutions

• Understand customer concerns and offer the best solution

• Maintain quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction scores

• Update CRM/system with proper notes

• Follow company processes & compliance guidelines

• Meet daily login hours and productivity targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• Basic English communication required

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, browsing)

• Good listening & problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude & team player
