🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Success Executive under the Swiggy Voice Support process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Swiggy services
• Resolve customer queries regarding orders, payments, cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues
• Provide accurate information and quick solutions to customers
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude during calls
• Follow company quality standards and call handling procedures
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets (Quality & Productivity)

• Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
