Customer Care Executive

Location: Indore – Work From Office (Full Time)

Weekly Off: Rotational (Sunday Working)

Shift : Rotational (Day Only)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Support Executive who is comfortable handling high-volume calling and student communication across calls, chats, and emails.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake 60–100 outbound calls per day when required
• Handle incoming calls professionally
• Respond to student queries on chat and email
• Provide program-related support and clarification
• Maintain call records and follow-up sheets
• Coordinate with operations team for issue resolution



Experience RequiredMinimum 1+ years of experience in support or customer service roles. Service-based company experience preferred (e.g., Amazon support).

• Required SkillsStrong verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Good written English
• Comfortable handling chats and emails
• Basic Google Sheets knowledge
• Tech-savvy
• Must own a laptop
