We are currently hiring passionate and customer-focused individuals for a Fintech Process role.


Location - Brilliant Sapphire, Scheme No. 78, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh


🔹 Position: Customer Care Executive


💰 Salary Details:


Freshers: Up to ₹24,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentive


Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹26,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentive


📜 Eligibility Criteria:


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills


• No grammatical errors


• No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)


• Strong customer service orientation


⏰ Work Schedule:


• 10-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)

• 5 working days per week

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• Rotational week-offs

• Work from Office
