Job Description

A Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

  1. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and social media. 2
