Job Description
A Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
- Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests through phone, email, live chat, and social media. 2
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 2
- Data Management: Update and manage customer records in the CRM system, documenting interactions and resolutions accurately. 1
