Job Overview:

IKIRU is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to our customers. A background or interest in the e-commerce or home decor industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding orders, products, and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering proactive and professional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
• Suggest improvements to streamline customer support processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience or interest in e-commerce and/or home decor industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.
