Customer Care & Office Operations Executive

We are looking for an Office Executive who can handle customer communication, manage calls, reply to emails, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional approach.

Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer emails in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining proper call records.
• Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Assist in basic office tasks and coordination with the team.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic knowledge of email handling and computer operations.
• Ability to manage customer interactions patiently and professionally.
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Freshers can apply if they have good learning ability.
