The CRE will act as a key point of contact between the consultancy and potential students/parents, ensuring a smooth and supportive admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome walk-in clients and handle phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, colleges, or countries (as applicable).

Provide detailed information on admission procedures, documents, eligibility, and deadlines.

Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions with senior counselors or admission experts.
