Client Acquisition

• Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, digital leads, and networking
• Pitch financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, or Advisory Services
• Convert enquiries into active clients with proper need analysis

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client risk profile, financial goals, and investment horizon
• Provide regular updates, market insights, and portfolio support
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products
• Maintain accurate sales and client records

Compliance & Ethics

• Follow SEBI regulations and company compliance policies
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and risk disclosures
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic to advanced knowledge of stock market & financial products
• Client handling and relationship-building ability
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in stock market sales / advisory / wealth management
• NISM / IRDA / AMFI certification (preferred)
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply
