Customer Relations Specialist

Job Description-

Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, explain products/services, and close sales, while also handling inbound calls, resolving issues, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, resilience, and data entry skills to represent the company and drive revenue. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Make cold calls, explain features/benefits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers. 
• Customer Service: Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information. 
• Data Management: Accurately log calls, update customer records in CRM, and maintain databases. 
• Reporting & Adherence: Follow scripts, meet targets, attend meetings, and report on activities. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills, active listening, and persuasive language.
• Sales Acumen: Negotiation, persuasion, and ability to handle rejection.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, basic computer knowledge, and data entry.
• Personal Attributes: Resilience, pressure management, and a confident approach. 

Tools & Environment

• Operates telephone equipment, dialers, and telecommunications systems.
• Often works with CRM software for customer interaction management.
