We have requirement for our client for Customer Service Executive

1) Post: ​Executive - Customer Care (I&C & CNG)

·                    Department - Marketing

·                    Location - Indore Office

·                    Job Responsibilities:- Addressing grievances of I&C & CNG customers through dedicated toll-free number, coordinating with technical & commercial teams for swift issue resolution in system base escalations, maintaining customer interactions records & ensuring compliance with PNGRB service timelines, maintaining customer satisfaction data & CRM records for audit readiness, provide proactive support to I&C & CNG customers to minimize disruptions & improve service quality, relationship management, billing & revenue management, customer onboarding & account management, complaint handing & service support, MIS reporting & documentation & Emergency response support.

·                    Min. Qualifications - Graduation in any discipline with a minimum. 60% marks.

·                    Minimum Experience - 02 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any industry, collection, customer care in city gas distribution industry or/in similar experience.

2) Post: ​Executive - Sales & Marketing 

·                    Department - Marketing

·                    No. of Positions - 01 no.

·                    Location - Indore Office

·                    Office Timings- 09:30 - 18:00

·                    Job Responsibilities:- Direct Sales involves B2C and B2B modes for Natural Gas Connection sales, sourcing new avenues of business by direct market visits to industrial and commercial customers to increase gas sales volume, billing & collection tracking & recovery, proven working experience in Key account management & Industrial sales, Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications, Negotiation & Presentation skills, cold calling, lead generation among others.

·                    Min. Qualifications - Graduation in any discipline with min. 60% marks.

·                    Minimum Experience - 01 Year experience in Sales and marketing in any industry or a city gas distribution industry.
