Position: Customer Support Associate - AIRTEL BLACK GOLD
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling Exp. required
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 5 days working with 2 weekly offs
Salary:
- ₹15,500 - ₹16,500 (In-hand)
