Job Description
Process: Customer Service Executive – Inbound Voice (Myntra)
Job Description:
- Candidate must be a minimum 12th pass (undergraduate).
- Original mark sheets are mandatory at the time of joining.
- Freshers must have:
- Aadhaar seeded with a nationalized bank account
- No prior work experience under NAPS
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (on paper).
- Required typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM.
- Candidate should possess good communication skills (Skill level 4 or above).
- Shift duration will be 9 hours per day.
- Working window: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
- Rotational shifts applicable for male candidates within the working window.
Salary & Benefits:
- Experienced candidates:
- Rs. 20,500/- CTC per month
- Rs. 19,000/- in-hand (without PF)
- Fresher candidates:
- Rs. 14,000/- stipend (in-hand)
