Job Description

Process: Customer Service Executive – Inbound Voice (Myntra)


Job Description:

  • Candidate must be a minimum 12th pass (undergraduate).
  • Original mark sheets are mandatory at the time of joining.
  • Freshers must have:
  • Aadhaar seeded with a nationalized bank account
  • No prior work experience under NAPS
  • Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (on paper).
  • Required typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM.
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills (Skill level 4 or above).
  • Shift duration will be 9 hours per day.
  • Working window: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
  • Rotational shifts applicable for male candidates within the working window.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Experienced candidates:
  • Rs. 20,500/- CTC per month
  • Rs. 19,000/- in-hand (without PF)
  • Fresher candidates:
  • Rs. 14,000/- stipend (in-hand)
