Job Description:Zenvora Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently
• Prior experience in voice process is a plus (Freshers can apply)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

• Additional Information:Day shift only
• 6 days working with 1 weekly off
• Work location: Indore
