Process: Customer Support / Telecalling Executive (IBL)
Salary: ₹10,500 in-hand + Incentives
Training Details:
- Training Duration: 10 Days
- Training Stipend: ₹150 per day
Work Schedule:
- Rotational Shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
Requirements:
- Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over calls.
- Provide information and support related to services.
- Maintain professional communication and handle customer queries effectively.
