Job Description

Process: Customer Support / Telecalling Executive (IBL)


Salary: ₹10,500 in-hand + Incentives

Training Details:

  • Training Duration: 10 Days
  • Training Stipend: ₹150 per day

Work Schedule:

  • Rotational Shifts:
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Rotational

Requirements:

  • Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers over calls.
  • Provide information and support related to services.
  • Maintain professional communication and handle customer queries effectively.
