🏥 Hiring - Customer Support / Healthcare Operations Executive- (300 Vacancies)

📍 Location: Indore (Office Work – Vijay Nagar)
💰 Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand depends on experience & interview)
📋 Job Responsibilities -
- Handle inbound calls & emails for healthcare & insurance queries
- Provide customer support with empathy and clarity
- Coordinate doctor appointments & hospital operations
- Handle health insurance processes – pre-authorization & documentation
- Follow up with hospitals, TPAs & internal teams
- Update CRM, trackers & MIS (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance & quality standards
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
🎓 EligibilityAny Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in Customer Support / BPO / Healthcare / Insurance Operations preferred of minimum 6 Months
- Healthcare / Hospital / TPA / Insurance background is a plus
- Freshers with good English & Hindi communication may be considered
