Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our Indore team. You will be responsible for providing world-class support to our global/domestic customers, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query Resolution: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails to resolve customer issues regarding products, payments, or services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Quality Standards: Achieve performance targets related to CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), AHT (Average Handling Time), and Quality scores.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex priority issues to the relevant team leads.
