Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, documenting all interactions accurately.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

  Requirements: 

1. Proficiency in English.

2. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.

3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

4. Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

5. Self motivated with a result driven approach.

6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

7. Bachelor's Degree.
