Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: Inbound

📍 Job Details:

Work Days: 5 Days Working

Shift Duration: 9 Hours

Shift Timings:

Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts

Female Candidates: Between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational

💰 Salary & Benefits:

In-Hand Salary: ₹15,500 per month

Training Period: 40–45 Days

Training Stipend: ₹400 per day

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation Mandatory

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

📝 Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Escalate issues when required

Maintain proper records of customer interactions
