Hiring for International Fintech Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Fintech Voice Campaign at our Indore (Madhya Pradesh) location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates / Undergraduates
• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Excellent English communication skills
• Clear pronunciation and strong grammar
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details:

• Process: International Voice (Fintech)
• Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs
• Working Hours: 9.5 hours per shift

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI
• Experienced: Up to ₹36,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Relocation Support (Outstation Candidates):

• One-way travel ticket provided
• 14 days hotel accommodation
• Relocation bonus after 3 months of joining (as per policy)

Key Requirement:

• Fluent English communication with no major pronunciation or grammatical errors
