Job Summary:
Looking for a Marathi-speaking Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to insurance policies, claims, and renewals, ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails & chats
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Resolve customer queries and issues
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain customer records
Eligibility:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Fluent in Marathi + basic English/Hindi
- Good communication & basic computer skills
Salary: 2.10 to 2.79 LPA + Annual Bonus (upto 27% of CTC)
Work Schedule:
- 5 days/week
- Rotational shifts & week offs
